Welcome to Tongcheng Uclean Plastic Co., Ltd.’s foreign trade website. These sample terms apply to all users accessing and using this website, governing sample-related services for our plastic packaging products.
Orders and Transactions
When inquiring about our plastic packaging products (e.g., drawstring laundry bags, biohazard bags, emesis bags), please provide accurate details including product specifications (material, size, thickness, printing requirements) and valid contact information. We will arrange corresponding sample services based on your inquiry.

A. Samples Before Order
A-1: Stock Samples
Complimentary stock samples (max. 3 pieces per item).
Note: Stock samples may differ from your final order in color, size, thickness, or printing.
Quantities exceeding 3 pieces will incur a nominal sample fee.
Courier fees: Born by the receiver (prepaid) or freight collect via your cooperative courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).
Shipping timeline: Samples will be dispatched within 48 hours upon receipt of the prepaid courier fee or confirmation from your designated courier for freight collect.
A-2: Custom Proof Samples (Custom-Made)
To ensure samples fully match your specifications (workmanship, printing, color, thickness, quality), custom proof samples are recommended.
Costs: Include plate fees, mold fees, and pre-production expenses (prepaid via T/T to our company account or Western Union).
Production timeline: normally 5–15 working days after full payment is received.
Courier fees: Born by the receiver (prepaid) or freight collect via your cooperative courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).

B. Samples After Order Placement
Complimentary samples matching your order specifications (5–100 pieces per item/size, subject to limits).
Courier fees: Born by the receiver (prepaid) or freight collect.
Shipping timeline: Samples will be dispatched within 48 hours upon receipt of the courier fee payment or confirmation from your cooperative courier.
C. For Regular Customers and Products
When your accumulated order value reaches US$50,000, all samples will be complimentary.
Important Note:
For custom proof samples with printing, please submit your artworks with the following requirements:
Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, AI, PDF, PSD.
Image resolution: Minimum 300 DPI.
Artwork submission channels (max. 15 MB per email).
