1. Order Confirmation & Contract Signing
When you inquire about our plastic packaging products (e.g., drawstring laundry bags, biohazard bags) via the website, Uclean Plastic will provide detailed product information and quotations based on your specific requirements. If you agree to the product specifications and price, you may place an order. We will review your order and confirm details with you; transactions shall only proceed after both parties sign a formal contract (electronic or written), which shall govern the transaction.
2. Payment Methods & Terms
- Supported payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union (for small orders) – O/A, D/A, D/P are available for qualified long-term customers.
- Default payment term: 30% deposit within 5 business days of contract signing, 70% balance before shipment. Specific terms (e.g., credit period) may be adjusted per the signed contract.
3. Delivery Methods & Timeframe
- Supported delivery methods: Sea freight, air freight, international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), and rail freight (for EU/Central Asia destinations), in line with agreed INCOTERMS 2020 (FOB/CIF/DAP, etc.).
- Delivery timeframe: Determined by order quantity, customization complexity, and destination. Bulk production lead time is 15–25 business days (after deposit receipt); shipping duration varies by method. We will ensure delivery accuracy and timeliness as contracted.
4. Product Quality & After-Sales Service
- Uclean Plastic guarantees product quality complies with agreed specifications and international standards (ISO for applicable products). All products undergo pre-shipment inspections.
- While we strive for defect-free products, if quality issues arise (non-human-caused), please notify us within 10 business days of receipt and provide supporting evidence (photos, inspection reports). We will promptly resolve it via replacement, repair, or refund (per contract agreement).
5. Liability for Breach of Contract
- If we fail to fulfill the contract (e.g., delayed delivery, non-conforming quality) due to our fault, we will bear corresponding liability (e.g., compensating for direct losses, arranging re-delivery).
- If you breach the contract (e.g., late payment, unauthorized order cancellation) causing losses to us, you shall be liable for compensation (e.g., covering incurred production/material costs).
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the transaction shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.
7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These transaction terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If negotiation fails to resolve disputes, both parties agree to submit the matter to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Shanghai, with the award being final and binding.
