Pull the two wire tabs apart to open; never blow into the bag or rest it face-down. Add the sample, keeping the sample-to-diluent ratio your method specifies. Fold the top over twice, then bend both wires flat against the bag. Blend, or transport upright — the sealed bag stands on its own base.
