Recently, UCLEAN PLASTIC organized a wonderful group team-building trip to Ningxia. To help employees step away from daily busy work and recharge both physically and mentally, this outdoor journey has become a precious opportunity for our team to relax, communicate and grow together. Different from our busy office and workshop working environment, Ningxia features vast desert landscapes and open natural views. During the trip, all employees immersed themselves in the unique charm of the northwest. Walking through the endless golden dunes and feeling the broadness of nature, everyone thoroughly released work pressure and got rid of daily trivial tiredness. The relaxing outdoor experience allowed every team member to calm down, adjust their state of mind, and regain positive energy and passion.

More than a simple leisure trip, this activity greatly strengthened team communication and cohesion. In daily work, colleagues from different departments, including design, production, quality inspection, sales and administration, focus on their respective job responsibilities. Department boundaries sometimes limit in-depth interaction. However, during the relaxed journey, all members broke professional barriers. We accompanied and helped each other in outdoor activities, shared life stories and exchanged work ideas in a casual atmosphere.

Sincere and equal communication narrowed the distance between colleagues, eliminated estrangement in daily cooperation and built a more harmonious, united and supportive team atmosphere.
