1. What are your plastic dust covers made of?

Our plastic dust covers are made of PVA.

2. Can you customize plastic dust covers with biodegradable materials?

Yes, we customize biodegradable plastic dust covers with eco-friendly materials.

3. What file format do I need for logo printing?

 For Uclean’s more than 15 years of logo printing and design experience, we prefer vector files (AI, CDR, or PDF)—these retain sharpness even when scaled to fit your bag’s size. If you only have high-clarity JPG/PNG files (300DPI+), they’re acceptable.

4. Do you provide free patient belongings bags or bag samples?

Uclean offers 2–3 stocked similar samples at no cost (you’ll just cover the shipping fee). For custom logo samples (printed with your brand’s design), a small nominal fee applies. 

5. Can I modify my printing design after placing the order?

At Uclean, this depends on your order’s production progress:

• If you reach out before we finalize printing prep, we can adjust your design for free.
• Once printing is in progress, in principle, modifications aren’t possible (we’ll share real-time production updates to help you avoid this). If you must modify it, there will be rework fee (to cover wasted materials/modify or make new printing pate/, setup time, and so on)—our account manager will clarify the cost and timeline right away.

• To receive a tailored quote for your custom order, please share details such as material, size, thickness, color, and any special requirements you may have.
