1. Scope of Services
We provide business-to-business (B2B) services for plastic packaging products (e.g., drawstring laundry bags, biohazard bags, emesis bags, specimen bags, commode liners): product information display, quotes, sample services, custom production, order fulfillment. Unauthorized scraping, data theft, or reproduction of website content is prohibited.
2. Your Obligations
- Provide true, accurate inquiry/order details (specifications, contact info) and update changes promptly.
- Ensure custom logos/designs are legally authorized; indemnify us for infringement claims.
- Use services for legitimate business purposes only (no fraud or illegal activities).
3. Orders & Confirmation
- Orders take effect after mutual confirmation (email/order system). We may refuse unfeasible orders.
- Modifications: Request within 3 business days of confirmation (pre-production); additional costs borne by you.
- Cancellations: Pre-production cancellations require compensation for incurred costs; no cancellations post-production.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted methods: T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C, Western Union (small orders).
- Deposit due within 5 business days of order confirmation; balance paid before shipment.
- Late payment: 0.1% daily fee (capped at 5% of unpaid amount); overdue >15 days may result in order termination.
5. Delivery & Acceptance
- Trade terms (FOB/CIF/DAP) per INCOTERMS 2020; default ports: Shanghai/Ningbo/Guangzhou/Qingdao.
- Lead time: Samples (3-15 business days); bulk production (7-15 business days) post-deposit/design confirmation.
- Acceptance: Inspect goods within 10 business days of arrival; no written objection = acceptance. Non-conforming goods: replacement/refund (no indirect loss compensation).
6. Customization & Intellectual Property
- Provide clear requirements and qualified artworks (AI/PDF/PSD/JPG, ≥300 DPI); production starts after your confirmation.
- We retain rights to website content (images, specs); you warrant custom materials are legally owned/authorized.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
- No liability for force majeure (natural disasters, sanctions, logistics disruptions).
- Our total liability ≤10% of order amount; no compensation for indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption).
8. Applicable Law
Governed by Chinese law. Disputes: Negotiate first; failing that, CIETAC arbitration in Anhui, China(final award).
9. Entire Agreement
- These Terms supersede all prior representations, warranties, demonstrations, discussions, advertisements, understandings, writings, and agreements between the parties, including without limitation, requests for quotations, printed purchase order terms and conditions and releases, with respect to the Goods.
